Loin for Supper

I smoked a 4lb loin for supper yesterday....Rubbed it with marinade and garlic paste...then sprinkled it with fresh cracked black pepper.

I used shiner bock and dry rub in the drip pan.......turned out moist and tasty.

(I have been using shiner bock a lot lately because someone left 2 cases of it in my outdoor fridge.

Looks very tasty and just a note to let you know, that Shiner Bock has more good uses other than pouring it into a drip pan.

Whoever is buying that stuff sure isn't drinking it..........I had some of that stuff left in my "spare" fridge after the last get together............haven't found a use for it, but can't bring myself to pitch it either.

I know what you mean, I can't think of a way to cook with it. It's just going to sit there until more company shows up to drink it.

The problem is, no one drinks it...........more gets brought, and none of it drunk........drank........drinked................. uh..........consumed.

Now I'm starting to wonder "who" brings it? Is it the smirnoff fairy?

How does it multiply in my fridge?


Hmmmm, the fridge is in an outbuilding..........maybe the person that leaves it here comes by when I'm sleeping.
