I smoked a 4lb loin for supper yesterday....Rubbed it with marinade and garlic paste...then sprinkled it with fresh cracked black pepper.
I used shiner bock and dry rub in the drip pan.......turned out moist and tasty.
(I have been using shiner bock a lot lately because someone left 2 cases of it in my outdoor fridge.
