Hello Everyone, My name is Jason and I live south of Springfield Missouri. I've been a huge fan of smoking meats ever since I was a pup. My Grandfather was from Germany and he made this great sausage every year and then would smoke it in his smoke house. I guess that is what started my fascination all those years ago. I am just getting into a situation where I can afford to purchase a pit and was wondering what direction to go. I would like to keep it @ $300 to $350 till I get the hang of it and am then looking to go big. Any ideas on what direction to go?
