Was going to do some slow cooker brats and beer but plans changed so the line up for tonight is as follows:

2 onions with butter stuffed inside and chicken bullion topper

10 garlic cloves with olive oil and curry powder

12 ABT's

8 bone in pork chops

will post q view in a little while

Oh yeah and enjoying some German Beer

That sounds awesome.   How do you stuff butter inside an onion, or will the pics explain it all?

Take and apple corer and hollow out the middle almost all the way to the root.  Cut an X almost all the way to the root and then get spreadable butter, and smash it in the hole.  Then just top with crushed chicken or beef bullion

Looks like some good eats right there.

Tell me, how do those onions come out?  Do you use sweet onions like Walla Walla, or Vidalia's?  Been wanting to try some onions on the smoker, but just haven't gotten to it yet.
 
In a perfect life I would use Vidalia but being that I am in Italy and these Italians think that they have the most superior products in the world.  I think that you get where I am coming from and I have not tried the onions yet.
 
Ok so I just tried the Onions and the taste is good but "The Salt is just too damn High".  I think next time I am just going to go with the butter and maybe some pepper

If you lower the amount of buillion powder, it will reduce the salt for you.  Also, try beef bouillon powder as well.
