Made some little smokies with deer and pork, they are in the Bradley now!

All done used cell phone for pics. Taste pretty good! My wife says make some more. I used http://lpoli.50webs.com/index_files/Cocktail Sausage.pdf But I used half deer and half ground pork picnic. Smoked 2 hours and then poached to finish... Sure like doing the poaching!!

Those look great.What kind and size casing did you use?
If I remember right i used collagen casings that were about a larger snack stick sized one ... Didn't do well with the twisting as you can see by some of the pictures.
