Trying some lemon pepper pork ribs today.
Hope the rain holds off....

Putting lemon pepper ribs on my 'must try' list...

Coated the ribs with Lemon Pepper rub, and put real good dose of lemon juice in the water that I had in the GSM.
Crusty outside, juicy and tender inside.
You can smell the lemon in the smoke!
Used charcoal and 3 chunks of Hickory.
Pretty darn good!
