Looks like a very affordable electric smoker.

Thanks for posting this ryanhoelzer. $102.00 is one hell of a deal and that even includes shipping charges. Looks like it's meant for sausage/jerky/cold smoking more so than regular Q, but being a LEM product I'm sure that was the intention in the first place. I'm not too crazy about the analog thermostat, but the temp should be pretty easy to dial in with a wireless probe. Now may finally be the time for me to jump into sausage making!

LOL! My cousin gave me a LEM model 738 smoker this weekend. I just wanted to know if he had gotten one and used it. Oh well! I guess I have to post my own experience with it. Thanks.
