That's a fine looking meal right there.  I'm loving the Yuengling Lager in the background too!  I'm a PA boy born and raised.  Grew up 2 hours north of Harrisburg in South Williamsport.  Too bad I can't get the stuff shipped over to Italy, but no worries, I always get my fill when I'm home on leave!

Amazing looking meal, writing up a food list now for my wife so I can give this a shot!

Quick question, is it important to brine? If not other than adding salt to the rub should I cook at a lower temp or anything? I am new to smoking so kinda a n00b question.

Cheers

Good to hear from you, Grillin!

Jimmy really threw a great meal together here!!

I used to run up to your old neighborhood all the time for Cabinetmaking equipment, at the Grizzly store right by Williamsport.

You take care,

Bear

JJ, Evening. Thank Cheffy Daughter Casey for the Creamy Garlic Black peppercorn dressing.  It looks awesome.......Dave

Thanks again everyone for your kind words and support.  When I told Cheffy Daughter Casey about the interest and praise over her Dressing and Croutons, she exclaimed, " 2 months after Graduation and I'm already FAMOUS!"...And I'm really Proud!...JJ

How long ago was that?  They built a new store up near Muncy a few years back and it's much nicer then the one they had before.

Oh Boy--MMMMMmmm----Started my shop in '93.

Bought most machines in 93 & 94, but was buying cutters & blades & such until '03.

It was just a couple miles out of Williamsport.
