Leg Quarters, Breasts, Whole Bird (Pics)

Along with my Almonds Today (See Post in Veg/Nuts Forum) I also smoked a 10 bag of chciken breast, 8 pounds of leg quarters and 1 whole chicken. This all went in the vaccume sealer and in the freezer.

Chicken was cooked real simple, Salt pepper and lemon pepper. Kicked the heat up so the skin would be nice and crispy. The whole chicken was so juicy I had trouble selaing the bags.....heres the Queue View...Thanks for looking

OMG, that bird looks G R E A T!!! WOW. Its hunting season here so I don't have any time to smoke right now, but I would sure like to sit down with you and help you put some of that away.

I know what you mean about getting the bags to seal. I use a foodsave we bought about 10 years ago. I don't know if they have improved them or not since, but I always have trouble with juicy stuff sealing tight. Now I just freeze whatever it is I want to on a cookie sheet and then I use the foodsaver. That works pretty good and always makes a good tight seal.

Wow! That stuff looks just awful! You need to just pack it up and send it to me for proper disposal! Be sure to pack it in ice so the postmaster doesn't think it's illegal contraband!

Man Chris that looks ssooooo Good. You are still in the Far East aren't you??? But anyway that smoker looks like a good one to I haven't seen everyone of your singapore posts but I have seen alot of them and none had a smoker in them. But anyway your getting really good with your photographing skills cause if you get any closer to the bird you'll be getting some of it on my chin.
