Left over Tri tip? It's sammich time!

    Well after a tasty Tri tip last night I had to eat leftovers tonight!
    Sautéed some mushrooms and onions then tossed the thin sliced meat on them when they were done cooking to warm the beef then using a four cheddar blend for the outside and havarti on the inside I make the grilled cheese served with mini perogies.:drool

    That's a great sandwee! Only way it could be better is if you had a big cup of Chef JJ's smokey Au Jus to go with it!!!

    I didn't know those words went together. I've never had leftovers with tri tip!

    Finished the last of the Tri tip Chicken in a biscut crackers,Boursin cheese and topped with Tri tip!
