Last nights pizza

    Pulled out a bag of beef chuck roll I smoked a couple months ago to make a pizza. All the ingredients were basic except for the beef [​IMG] . Rolled out the store bought dough as the oven was pre heating with a 18in lodge skillet to 375. Mushrooms, red onion, bell pepper, olives, mozzrella and colby cheese. It's not Italian but oh it was good [​IMG]

    Monster cast iron skillet! I am jealous.
