large reverse smoker

I have finished building a reverse flow smoker that I was going to cater with but my partner backed out do to job issues so I am selling to recover funds. I have built an 1800 sq in reverse flow smoker. It is 5 ft by 30 in of stainless steel mesh cooking area. The fire box is 24 in by 24 inches and has air controls on the door and between fire and cooking area. 3/8 pipe is what we used. It is built on a homemade trailer with 3500 lb axles and new 15 in tires and rims. We built this to handle a 140 lb hole hog. I am located about 5 miles from I 70 and 20 miles from I 77 in Ohio. I'm asking 3000 for it.
