Lang Going Square

so a local that has a older round ended (not flat like the new ones) 108 deluxe with warmer and told me he was talking to Ben last month and was told they are no longer going to do round style anymore they are switching to square plate style smokers, does anyone know if this is true? I figured at least one of you guys would know, I have seen alot of new langs getting posted on the net and none of them are sqaure so I just wondered.

na, their just flat ends, not the lp tanks any more, they are rolling 3/8" steel to make the tank.

I visited the Lang facility earlier this week. Ben Lang said that they have gone to the flat ends so that they could use the heavier 1/4" gage steel.
