I used to have a smoker and the only thing I did on it was smoked turkey breasts.. they were great - but the process was not (to me anyway).

I recently purchased an LP smoker from Master Forge.  I like this one because I am lazy and don't have to add more charcoal throughout the process.  I have just gotten it up and seasoned and prepared some smoked chickens last night that turned out great.  Going to do a ham on Thanksgiving and then ready to roll.  Looking forward to researching things from this forum.
