Kielbasa .....

Dan, afternoon........ First time Kielbasa period.... I've seen it in the store with turkey/pork/chicken/beef combo and all ways... I don't know what Joe uses.... Bride wanted ground beef "cause we were out so, AHA !!!!!! I'll make some 'Basa.... that's how that got going.... that and she had me grind up a beef heart for some "Coney Island Chili" dog makings..... she heard ground up heart was the best for "CICDs" ....
I've got a few butts in the refer soooooo, next batch will be pig.....

There ain't no link... Joe does this commercially, I think.... Like trying to get Bush's Baked Bean recipe..... or KFC spice recipe..... "Coming to the shelves at "Better Stores Near You" soon.... or one of those clichés .....

I know I don't have it and I'm almost certain no one else does.....
