Good evening folks.  Been cooking/smoking on my Hasty Bake Gourmet for six years... I have read a number of comments on the Internet about the Hasty Bake products not being much for smoking, but I seem to have excellent luck with it.  Will probably eventually invest in a Traeger for production smoking later on down the line (for backyard parties and events) so that I can hang out and entertain, but the mainstay will be the Hasty Bake for everyday cooking.
