Hey all!

As the title says, I'm originally from Kansas (1 hr south of KC out in the sticks), GO ROYALS, CHIEFS AND SPORTING! I currently live in Pensacola, Florida but move every 1.5-2 years due to work.

Recently purchased a Traeger Junior Elite and have been experimenting for the last month. Not a complete noob as I've partaken in quite a few cookouts over my short 28 years of existence. I've knocked out whole chickens, ribs and pulled pork. Looking at doing a brisket next as I haven't found ribs or pulled pork (obviously PP is really hard to screw up) to be a challenge. Looking forward to smoking a turkey for Thanksgiving in a few weeks as well.

With he versatility of the Traeger I've made it my goal to make a smoked Apple crisp, for, thanksgiving so if anyone has ever done it or saw a recipe, please point me in the right direction!

I also just became a dad, so every day is an exciting new adventure as I get to see my son grow every single day! Wouldn't trade that feeling for anything in the world!
