Just stopping in to say Hi!

This will be my first time entering the world of smoking.  I live in the Buffalo, NY area.  I recently purchased the 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, haven't even used it yet.  Today I will be going to buy some BB ribs and all the ingredients I need for Billbo's rub and sauce.  Baby backs seems like the most appropriate first thing to smoke because I absolutely love them and Billbo's sauce and rub sound absolutely amazing!

At first glance all I can say is thank god google brought me here.  There is such an incredible wealth of knowledge and what seems like some outstanding and extremely helpful people.  Can't wait to be a part of it all.

Welcome to the board! Yes, settle in and look around. I found this place by way of a fishing board, and I don't fish. I was on some BBQ boards in the 1990s and they were very nasty, there isn't a whiff of that here. People here will gladly answer your questions and offer advice.
