Just Joined

  1. Hi All

    Just joined the forum been looking at the forum as a guest for a while and everyone on here is great. I started out years ago with a Big Chief then did a fridge build. Since it is just two of us left at home kids gone I gave the fridge smoker to a guy down the alley with a family who used to come over and have an adult beverage while I was smoking. Here is my question I am now looking for a smaller unit and maybe my wants are to much but I am looking for something I can do small batches of sausage and bacon and some fish, also a batch of ribs and a wild turkey when I get lucky. Electric or propane either works for me as long as it is insulated because I live in northern Minnesota. The big thing for me is that  I want it made in the USA. Any recommendations or ideas of where to look would be great
