Hello, my name is Josh and I am from Tuscaloosa, AL (ROLL TIDE!!). I have been receiving the Smoking Meat newsletter for over a year now, and recently purchased Jeff's cookbook. Some friends of mine and I are building our first BBQ rig. It is a 250 gallon propane tank mounted on a 16' trailer. It is going to be a traditional offset type smoker. I have been doing the back yard grilling/smoking for 25+ years, and now its time to take it to another level.
