I have been smoking for about 8 years now ever since my wife bought me an UDS and now it is a true addiction. I upgraded to a lightly used CharGriller with an offset firebox a little while ago. I have a little work to do to it but nothing a couple cans of high temp paint cannot fix. I needed more room to do multiple full racks of ribs. I am also an avid home brewer and I am going to try to smoke my own grains for a Rausch style beer. I love four wheeling with my son in my Jeep. and just enjoying life in general.

Its great to have found a great community of people that I'm sure can answer all my questions I may have.

Hello FireJoe20 and welcome to the fun.  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!
