Getting rid of my smoker. This is a JR Enterprises, 23-60 Model Reverse Flow Smoker. If you know anything about smoking meat, reverse flow is what you want. Helps control the temps at both ends. Smoke can be regulated for as little or as much as you prefer.
Water is used for a moist heat. Water level also regulates temperature.
50 to 500 degree thermometer. Doesn't need constant tending.
Heavy construction for long lasting durability.
Burns any nonresinous wood. Inexpensive to operate. 2" drain pipe to facilitate clean up. Large door for easy access to the cooking chamber. No drip pans; no flare ups. Sliding door and bottom draft control for easier fire starting and shut down. Built in fire starter. Convenient enough for family meals. This unit cost $4000 new. You can see and read about it at jrenterprises.com. This is a really big unit. Comes on skids and not wheels. Would like to get $3000 for the unit, Does have some surface rust. Could use a painting, but still 100% solid. $2500 as is or freshly painted $3000
