Down the road is a smoke house that I frequent from time to time.

This time I purchased some smoked turkey breast.

It was very good (not that moist but good)

It has the taste of honey on the out side. Is this some thing that is just drizzeled over the top or does it sit in honey water etc?

Forgive me here but I did not see it are you speaking about this being on the forum or at the store

  4. Cheech, you can also mop your turkey breast with honey while smoking, like glazing ribs for last 1/2 hour. :)
