Hey Gang, thanks for allowing me to climb aboard, I got started smoking food as a kind of competition with a friend attempting to cook pork ribs, I've been smoking food for over a decade and a half, my first smoker was a Smokey Joe (great starting point) after I realized I loved this type of cooking I made friends with a offset stick burner and have been using ever since I live in Glendale AZ, I am an adventurist type of cook and have encouraged several people to embark into the hobby, I've had some great success's along with some epic fails, I believe there is always something to learn, so I look forward to joining in.
