Joining from the Pennsylvania Wilds

  1. Today we are smoking meatloaf and potatoes for Sunday dinner using some whiskey soaked oak chips.  Love the Smoke Vault!  We did have a wood box hooked up to an old cast iron washer boiler stove but, switched to this around Christmas time.  


    waiting to go in the smoker here ^

    Thinking about putting some smoke to sea salt today also for later use..

    This looks like an amazing compilation of information, can't wait to shuffle through!!!
