Hello everyone! We are from Minnesota (though I am a Packers Fan). We have a LOVE of Jamaican cuisine. We bring in the authentic pimento wood, sticks, chips, etc. from Jamaica and sell it all over the world to grillers who also love jerk.

We just returned from two weeks in Jamaica where we met with all the officials we have been working with for the past eight years.

Jamaica is very strict on export of pimento wood, and the fumigation process both in Jamaica and the USA is very rigid.

Other companies have popped up saying they sell real pimento wood, but they have had their products seized in customs and lost their money.

It is a very complicated process to import the pimento wood and meet all the regulatory requirements, which is why it is important to us that we warn consumers about non legitimate businesses.

Happy New Year and Good Grilling!
