No Not "jake" from state farm!!

From Sacramento area California, Been grilling and smoking for about ten years now,, I was actually on the Fire Department BBQ Team.

Retired now and enjoy back yard smoking and grilling, have done allot of experimenting with dry rubs and have made my own sauces. Got a good friend hooked on it and he bought a green egg and enjoys that!

I have an off set smoker and vertical smoker, I have also built a "Weber Mini" smoker to take camping with us. I am still getting used to it but enjoy doing pork ribs and Tri tip on it!!

Looking forward to sharing recipes and techniques!

Thanks again

Jake!!
