It's Saturday! Let's smoke

  1. What a great day for smoking'. Ribs are in the smoker.


    My first Fatty is waiting to go on later. A basic cheese and sautéed onion fatty.

    Note to self: if you are having trouble getting your temps back up after putting the meat on the grill, be sure that your thermoeter probe hasn't accidentally pushed up against a slab of ribs. :)

  4. Getting ready to wrap my ribs in foil for the next two hours on the smoker. Was planning on putting some apple juice in to help keep them moist. Any other suggestions? Has anyone ever tried pineapple juice? Still a newbie.
