First fattie using Capt Dan's technique, (look for the should be sticky) and my meatloaf recipe. I made a regular meatloaf and a Fattie Meatloaf w/ cheese by spliting the recipe in half, one with the veggies mixed in the meat, and the other as a Fattie. Here they are in all their 1½ hr glory.

Here's my meatloaf recipe if anyone is interested.

Just followed Capt Dan's directions, it was fun and pretty easy.

Thanks for the props on the weave, but I have to be honest with you guys, there's no weave on the meatloaf, I just wrapped the sides with full strips of bacon and turned them up, thanks though.

Here's the 4½ hours corn.

Here's my first fattie meatloaf style, yeah a tear came to my eye, LOL.

Letting them rest for an hour then will slice them up and show the final Qview.

It came out great, very moist yet firm, can't wait to do a sausage breakfast fattie.

Sliced up nice.

Plated and ready for dinner.

I don't know how many of you guys are smoking these bad lookin' boys, but I have got to put this on my to do (I mean smoke) list. Every batch I see just looks better. Nice job!!! Enjoy it.
