It has been way too long.....

    Big thanks to ronp for giving me a call and reminding me wher I learned to do what i'm doin tonight.

    I have not been on in quite a while. I got a new job at work and my schedule has changed drasticly. I havn't smoked more than porkchops in months.

    I am finally having a proper que party tomorrow.
    I have 2 10lb pork butts
    5 lbs chicken cilantro sausage (tomorrow)
    Big pan of baked beans (non Dutch, sorry) but I will post recipe if they turn out.
    I boiled down 4 ham hocks tonight to make pot liquor for some collards tomorrow
    cole slaw
    corn muffins
    homemade pickles
    homemade jalpeno jam w/ cream cheese
    green salad


    I am almost done with the buts. they are just crossing 190f.
    This is about 1 hour in.

    Sorry I'm with dale on this one those are pinics. But they are some nice looking hams. I bet they will be tastey.
