Hi all. What a long winter it has been. Though I have done some smoking here and there it has been pretty slow do to the winter we have had. I decided to do a pulled pork and stopped by the store and bought a 4 pound Boston Butt from the local grocery.

Rubbed the butt up last night with a good mix of spices and left it in the fridge overnight.

Unfortunately, due to the driving rain outside today I had to throw it on the gas grill as there was no way I'd be able to get my ECB with lump fired up today. I think I need to build a little something to cook under.

Oh well, part of being a New Englander is overcoming these sort of issues and still getting the job done, so the grill it is!

The Pork hit the grill at 7am and according to the Maverick is cruising along at 250 / 70 IT.

Hot cup of coffee. A little news on the TV. Small fire in the woodstove to take the edge off... 40 degrees here in Billerica MA.

I think it will BBQ Pulled Pork mac and Cheese for Dinner tonight.

Hey bob
Same here all the way around. Did chicken wings on the grill the other night just to show I wasn't a sissy. , but I just had a hard time getting myself to cook outdoors this winter. Must be gettin old.
Well , you are doing it right. BBQ Mac n cheese sounds wonderful for a raw spring night. Enjoy it , brother.
