Just joined the site after lurking around for a while. I live in Iowa, where the temps can be a little rough for smoking, but I tend to grill all year round and just bought a Masterbuilt XL Propane, which held up really well a couple nights ago at 20 degrees with a stiff breeze. Great stuff on this site. Thanks in advance. I'll have tons of questions. I've owned a brinkman bullet for years, but hated it as it wouldn't stay hot, tripped breakers, etc. I'm back though and happy about it. Love cooking and smoking foods!!

Welcome to the group Jason!  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of good people here who really know their stuff and genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input around here, and just ask when you need anything...someone will surely have the answer.
