Hi everybody! My name is Ken, and I am a novice smoker.....:)  I currently live in Clinton, NJ, we have been here a while! I have enjoyed BBQ my whole life! I go to Texas quite a bit on business and always search out great BBQ! After getting hooked on BBQ Pit Masters, I decided it was time to give the Art of smoking BBQ a shot! I picked up a 40" Masterbuilt electric smoker and I am off to the "races". So far I have smoked ribs, a chicken and tried a brisket. The flavor of all has been really good and is encouraging me to continue my effort. The first ribs came out a bit tough the 2nd time better. The chicken was a success, maybe a little to much smoke, but tasty all the same. The Brisket tasted great but was a bit tough too. I will continue to experiment and lean on all of you for advice! Thanks for being here!
