It does sound great, although iv'e not had luck with injecting loins, PICS!!

Of a venison roast I am doing as I type.
I also did a fattie with 3 pounds of venison sausage stuffed with velveeta and peppers and 4 eggs. I tried to do it in a pan and slip it out onto the grill. But with eggs and that much cheese.. I opted to do it slid out onto foil.. Tasted a lot better than it looked according to the wife.

Ok back to my pork loin dilemma.
My wife was thinking I was going to pull these loins for pulled pork.. I never said that she just "assumed' I had planned on slicing all along.
I said if you want pulled pork for 60 I will have to get some butts.. I know the butts will be much more forgiving on the smoker for a newbie..
What would you do? Make a bunch of butts, pull it and visit? Or do the loins and stand and slice for a few hours serving friends and family?

Butts are the way to go. Easy, cheaper by far, and on sammies I would not hesitate a second. I use loins for CB and small family get togethers sometimes but pulled from butt still great.

I'm a little confused Are you doing pork loins for 60 peps? they aren't for pullin there's not enough fat in them to keep it moist. Do butts and enjoy your day! and post Q-view...please

Nice price but I cant see doing them all at the same time in a ECB, but I'm new to the ecb, so wait till a pro replies.
