What's up everyone....I've been a member of SMF about a year now...made a couple posts back last year and really nothing since, so I thought I'd do the whole roll call thing again...

Been smoking most of my life....My father's an avid smoker so I've been going at it since I was knee high to a grasshopper...Dad mostly always smoked on an offset.....Me...I've always been more fond of the vertical smokers...Smoked a many a cut on my old Brinkman Smoke N' Pit.....I retired that bad boy last week in favor of my brand new Backwoods Chubby....Picture below....

Will be posting plenty of QView in the coming weeks...I've just about always got something cooking....

I do have one question that I would like to pose, but I will post that in the charcoal smokers forum...

But, I would again like to say that I'm glad to be here amongst all you fine people....Will be posting more real soon...

Welcome back glad to have you here again. I'm looking forward to more threads and pics from you soon.

Hey Jimmy,

From the look of that new smoker....you must live in a pretty rough neighborhood....cuz it looks like Fort Knox....

Wasn't here when you were here last but would like to welcome you back anyway...sounds like you have a wealth of experience to pass on to those of us who (hopefully) are up and coming.

Thanks for the welcome back....Should have some good QView up in the coming days...
