2 1/2 hours in and it smells wonderful out on the deck.
HawgHeaven, I did'nt rub it in......but I sprinkled it on pretty heavy!

That's a juicy looking brisket my friend, I can only imagine the taste. That first pic looks like the Banquet of My Eyes...

The Fatty is jimmy dean with onion, bacon bits, chorizo sausage and colby/jack cheese. And if the wind would stop blowing 20 mph it would get done sooner. The wind is really raising he## with my temps.
