What leftovers :)

Haven't got a int thermo so a little cautious of doing it all in smoker - also charcoal is pretty pricy over here so more sensible to do it half and half

What kind of smoker do you have?  Why not supplement the charcoal with some wood?
 
It's a Hacienda which I think you can only get in europe - if you llok at my original pulled pork thread a few months back there a photo

Think it's more the temp worry really about doing it all in the smoker - maybe one day with a small piece
