I'm a newbie!

  1. Hi everyone,

    I'm from the great state of Pa. and I'm just getting started on smoking meat. Tried full ribs the first time around but really wasn't satisfied with the results. Today I'm trying BB and will be using the 2-2-1 method to cook them!

    Just keep at it, sometimes it takes a bit to
    get it right. Believe me it is worth it.
    Ask questions, these folks can lead you through anything.
