Here is my country cured ham,so salty,so sinfull,so good.
Looks absolutely delicious! Just like I remember back when I was a youngster. I can only imagine how that will go with some yard eggs, grits, butter milk bisquits and a large pot of freshly brewed coffee. (Also, top those biscuits off with some real molasses.)
OK, I guess we'll let you off THIS time ... but only 'cause that ham looks really good!
