IT, have you tried re-smoke'n it after it is pulled? Put in a pan and put it back on the smoker w/spices and a 4:1 mix of aj and apple cider vinegar. I'm doing some now, 2 butts that were smoked/pulled yesterday. I'll try to get pics, but this step sure took the pulled pork up a BIG notch for me. Just an idea.
