Hi, all. I'm a new "smoker" using a Masterbuilt 7 in 1 propane smoker. I like it a lot (for now). I'v been following this forum for a few days and am amazed about how much information is shared and how much experience is out there. You all are a great help. So far I did a rack of baby backs that were ok, but I know next time they will be better since I read a few of the threads here. Yesterday I did a turkey breast which came out great. Some day I will work up to a brisket. But first I need to get the hang of the whole smoking process. Anyway, I look forward to, and appreciate your comments. BTW, I'm a transplanted yankee living in Raleigh NC.
