Well It all started with some leftover PP and Spatched chicken Boars Head Ham sliced thinly and some Thick cut Bacon. A DISCO inspired theme. Some PP, not alot we want a good roll for this. I burrito roll by folding edges over and then rolling through. Placing seam side down. Rolled in a biased Bacon wrap. Five were pulled pork, and I did 5 with spatched smoked chicken for a club. After smoking them for 1 hour I crisped the bacon in a 550 F oven flipped to broil. OMG dip em in BB'Q sauce or what ever. I need a name for them as we are gonna add them to the catering menu as a finger food. You can make tons of these using very little meat. I used about 1/4 lb of PP and 1/4 lb of smoked chicken for fillings.
