Hi!

My name is Jim Armstrong but, if you're looking for me in town, better use JP instead.  I live in Mocksville, NC (we like Lexington Style BBQue) and really enjoy grilling on my Weber kettle grill.  I love the flavor the charcoal produces and I like to add in various flavors of wood chips, depending on what type of meat I'm cooking.  I'm looking forward to chatting with you folks.  I've never smoked anything before but, sure don't have a problem with giving it a try.  Thanks for the opportunity to meet you!
