Hungarian Sausage

    Has anyone worked with Hungarian Sausage. If so does it need any rub??? What type of wood?

    Knowing just one hunky I'm pretty sure his method goes something like this; the more the rubbin the harder the wood! Isn't that how it goes rich? [​IMG]

    I've made some hugarian Szalami but never the kolbaz. sorry..
