Hello everyone, I am from Germany, but live in Georgia. I like to make my own stuff...I am baking sour dough bread for a while have my inner city garden and thanks to the pink slime bought me a meat grinder to make my own hamburger, not enough, I wanted to make my own sausages...like the ones at home, didn't worked very well the first time.On my search about cold smoking, I landed here! I ordered the amazen smoker and tried it today, the first filling went up in smoke/flames, had that baby to close to the flame! I guess it's trial and error, like with everything in life. Right now I have a Boston butt on my King Kooker and it is looking pretty decent. Next week I will be the proud parent of a MES 30, where no wind can blow my fire out. I will prevail!!!

Congrats on the A-MAZE-N smoker and the upcoming arrival of your MES 30. I have the 40" and love it.
