My name is Dan and I live in Memphis Tn. I will be purchasing a G2 Chubby Backwoods Smoker in the very near future. I am somewhat new to Meat smoking but I have used offset smokers in the past. I understand the basics ie. temp control, internal temp requirements, and such, but have never used a reverse flow smoker. My first question for anybody that may own a Chubby.....is how hard is it to install the BBQ Guru on these units.
