Howdy, The names Tom and I live in Douglas, Arizona. This town doesn't have a BBQ joint and you have a tough time getting real good BBQ in Cochise County.

I smoked a number of years back when I lived in California. I had a New Braunsfels Smoker that put out some great meat.

It must have weighed close to 200 lbs maybe more. It stayed in California when I moved out here.

For my birthday my better half bought me an electric smoker. She already has a honey do list of things she wants to try.

We both are adult babysitters at the local State penitentiary.

I will be using this forum to get back up to speed.
