Hi folks just found your little forum. Look's like a good spot to pick up some tips on the fine art of making dinner. I've been smoking meats for about 25 years and formed a competition BBQ team last year with a long time freind Jim. We did ok our first year out winning TRI-TIP of the year from the PNWBA. Looking forward to chatting with you all!

Welcome to SMF - we are excited to have you with us and to learn from you and your experience. Looking forward to seeing some qview and some process on your smokes

Welcome to the forum. A lot of us are just like sponges - we're looking to sop up as much as we can. 25 years represents lots of knowledge and we/I'm looking forward to many sessions of the Vulcan Mind Meld.

I need more power, Scottie!

Welcome aboard. Your expierences will come in handy out here. Looking forward to hearing your input and seeing your qview.
