Howdy from a displaced desert rat...

living in KC. Just finished seasoning a smokin pro with side box. I had an old offset smoker in AZ, and I'm lookin forward to getting back into grilling/smoking.

Been reading about the mods many of you have done. Many good ideas, but I can't do much myself due to a spinal injury. I did find a site that has what looks like some good stuff.
