I am Swilly and am from Michigan. Use a WSM and an offset barrel smoker. Mainly smoke spare ribs and pork belly. Have done many other things, but these are me and my family's and friend's faavorites so I have gone in to just trying to make those 2 items great. I look forward to being a member of the group!
