How much bbq sauce for 150 people?

    We are going to smoke a whole hog for about 70 people over the 4th of July. I would like to make some homemade bbq sauce. How much should I plan on making? I was thinking about doing 2 or 3 flavors hot sweet and maybe mild. And was wondering on using rub? or no rub? and how much to use? thanks

    I usually figure about a pint for 4-5 people.. also depends on what you are serving. With whole hog, I would think a pint per 4 people.
